Service and Coverage

VPNUnit provides route subscriptions and client access support, covering 120+ countries / 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users are responsible for arranging a working local network and compatible devices. Client software and subscription details are available after signing in to the user panel.

The network acceleration service does not include memberships, content licenses, or account benefits from third-party platforms. Third-party websites and apps determine their own access regions, account eligibility, and content availability. Purchasing this service does not grant permission to use those platforms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; users can create an account with a username and password. Keep login credentials and subscription details secure. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket. Do not include your password or full subscription URL when reporting an issue.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but each account is for its account holder only. Do not share account or subscription details with others, resell or rent out a subscription, or repackage the service as access for others. An unlimited device count does not permit redistributing the service.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. See the plans page for prices and traffic allowances. Before payment, check the selected plan, amount, and traffic allowance, and keep your order details for reference.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any region relevant to their use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, data theft, unauthorized access, or other illegal activity.

Do not disrupt the service, attack network infrastructure, distribute malicious software, or engage in abusive conduct that affects other users' connections. Users must ensure they have the necessary authorization for any content they access, transmit, or process, and are responsible for their own use of the service.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection quality may be affected by the local network, carrier routing, third-party platform policies, device configuration, and maintenance. VPNUnit does not guarantee that every region, route, or third-party platform will always be available, nor does it guarantee a fixed speed or continued access to specific content.

If an issue occurs, first check your plan's traffic allowance and client configuration, then submit a ticket with details of the issue and any relevant troubleshooting information. Service maintenance and route changes will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Liability exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Requests and Processing

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with your refund request and the relevant order details so the payment can be verified. A refund request does not require a connection issue or any other specific reason.

VPNUnit will provide the verification outcome and refund status through the ticket. If additional information is needed, provide only what is necessary to verify the order. Once the refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that paid order will end. Check your payment provider's records for details on when the funds arrive.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNUnit identifies illegal use, resale or sharing, attacks on infrastructure, or other serious violations of these terms, it may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account. Measures will be proportionate to the nature and impact of the conduct. Users may request a review by submitting a ticket.

Users may stop using the service and request account termination through a ticket. Refund requests remain subject to the refund terms above. If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, the revised terms and date will be posted on this page. Significant changes will also be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund rights that have already accrued. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and ask about next steps.
